I have a double room to rent in my top-floor flat in Old Town, Swindon. £400 per month with a £400 deposit.
The flat is furnished to a high standard, especially in the lounge, and has a sunny balcony complete with BBQ which is great during the summer.
All bills are included in the rent, including electricity, water, broadband and council tax. There is plenty of free parking available on site and easy access to the M4. Located at Angel Ridge in Old Town, the flat is a short walk from Wood Street, Town Gardens, and even the Wiltshire countryside.

No pets and no couples please.
