All bills included (capped at a maximum which is a very reasonable amount & should cover all bills; has done for the last 2 years with 3 tenants. If the bills go over this amount then the difference would be split between the tenants). Lots of on street parking available.
Deposit is 1 months rent.
Both tenants are professionals, clean, tidy and quiet and are looking for someone of similar characteristics.
