(suitable for people working in Swindon during the week and returning to their family home for the weekend) one double room (for single occupancy) to rent in quiet, friendly household, Grange Park, West Swindon. Wireless internet access, & Freeview TV in room. Shared bathroom with shower. All bills included. Room cleaned weekly and bedding provided (if required) and changed every other week. Towels not provided.
Share with myself and one other. Ideally situated, just minutes from M4 junction 16 and W. Swindon Centre comprising; Asda, Cineworld, leisure centre, Pizza Hut, pubs etc. Regular bus service into town centre.
Deposit and references required. Please note it can sometimes take 2-3 days to check references and I would like to meet you in person before agreeing to let the room.
