Double Room with parking in large flat

I am renting out the smaller of the double rooms in my first floor flat.

I am moving away for 6 months for my job and am thus renting out my room. I already have a male flat mate who is an engineer, 26 and works in Swindon. He is very laid back, likes to keep fit, relax, travel and enjoys cooking.

The flat is very large with a good sized kitchen and bathroom and a very large living area including a mezzanine level with plenty of storage room in both the bathroom and kitchen.

I have unlimited broadband and a recently purchased smart tv, two sofas and an abundant amount of storage space. The flat is in a newly built and very smart housing estate. Local amenities include co-op, dominoes pizza, very nice Indian restaurant, hairdresser, vet and boots pharmacy. About 3 miles away is the largest ASDA I have ever been to in my life which is very useful.

There are some very nice walking routes in the area, including a cute pond. The pond is just a short walk away (5mins) and routes surrounding it are ideal for quick 4 mile jogs or longer runs/ walks at the weekend.

The double room is carpeted throughout with a very comfy double bed, large wardrobe and some storage space. There is a full length mirror and a large window.
