Dog friendly person for my double room

Perfect for Nationwide or Intel, Wichelstowe is at the bottom of Pipers Way within walking distance.

Firstly I have pets, so I want to be clear that they are all going to be in the house, and while I try to keep on top of the hairs some of the little ones slip through, but I do have lots of lint rollers if needed.

A sociable person that loves pets would be fantastic, I’m pretty relaxed and happy to interact or give you your own space.

There is a parking space and all areas of the house (apart from my room) are available for your use.

The house is a new build, I have been in it about 7/8 years now, the available room is a large furnished double room, its just had new paint and brand new carpet, its ready to move into.

The house has a small front garden, downstairs toilet (I currently use it to store items as I never use it, but can free it up easily), kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer etc
There is a lounge diner with patio doors to the back garden.
Upstairs has a bathroom with a bath and shower, two bedrooms.

The staircase currently has no carpet on it but that will be sorted soon. (recently painted the hallway and trying to decide on a carpet colour)
