The house is in a fantastic, safe, quiet location near Redhouse village centre on good a very good bus route to get to town centre, benefits from safe parking and has easy access to the A419 and M4.

The very popular orbital is 5 minutes walk away with Pizza Hut, Costa, Starbucks, M&S, Next, Asda Wallmart a little further are some very nice pubs that serve food. The Area has cycle routes and plenty of parks.

All of the amenities you would expect are included including safe parking, Broadband, modern kitchen diner, large lounge and garden and there is plenty of space, so not under each others feet but some good social space too.

The house is very clean and modern but laid back, do as you please My very polite , well mannered 10 year old daughter stays a few nights a week and loves to be around females so really would prefer a female tenant but I may consider a couple.
