Seeking lodger for weekday let of our fully furnished double room located in the centre of the desirable Swindon Old Town area.

No preference on gender of tenant though non smoking is a must and ideally seeking a mature professional approx 25 +

House description:
In addition the the room itself the house has 1 bathroom (with both shower and bath) a large kitchen and two living areas (all pictured)

There is also a basement containing a treadmill and free weights which a tenant is welcome to make use of.

The room itself comes furnished with a bed (inc memoryfoam mattress) wardrobe. chest of drawers and bed side tables

Rent & Utilities: The total rent of £450 PCM is inclusive or both rent and tenant's contribution to all household bills (the payment of which remain the home owner's responsibility) these bills are as follows:

Council tax, Water, electricity, gas, high speed internet, a cleaner (attends weekly) and the ongoing purchase of household items (toilet rolls, hand-wash etc).

More details / Living arrangement: Home is owned by married couple. Wife currently studies in another location during the week so would not be present during term time. Would be primarily living with husband ( Male, Professional 32) and a small dog (pictured).
