The house

Available now. We are looking to rent our furnished spare room in our happy house on a Monday - Friday basis, Ideally to a professional person who commutes to their own home at weekends. There could be some flexibility on the odd weekend or arriving on a Sunday night if needed

We live in Wichelstowe within easy reach of Nationwide, Old Town and Swindon Town centre. The area is pleasant and a short walk away from the countryside. A driveway is available for parking if needed, although on road parking is available.

We are both teachers, so work very hard during the week. We are looking for someone who can respect our need for peace and quiet during the week, and we can offer the same to any prospective lodger.

We have three small dogs so you must like animals, and If you like dog walking that's even better! The house is clean and the dogs have no access to upstairs areas of the house and don't go in the bedrooms. We do get up early to walk the dogs but do our best to be quiet!

The Room itself is on the first floor. It is comfy, clean, recently decorated, and fully furnished. It has an en-suite. The double bed is comfortable. You are welcome to shared use of the lounge, garden and kitchen for cooking etc. The room will be cleaned with fresh bed linen and towels, so you won't need to worry about bringing any of these things. You are also welcome to use tea, coffee and milk.

Lovely three storey house in a quiet area with nice local pub in walking distance. Modern and warm with good transport links. Broadband Included, and sky in the lounge along with pleasant conversation and a good nights sleep.
