The property is situated approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre and is only a 10 minute walk from the train station. There is parking available.
I am looking for a lodger who is clean, tidy and respectful of the household and the facilities available to them.
The house has been decorated to a high standard, with a new kitchen being the latest upgrade.
