Double Room for Rent in Wilton

I will have a double room available to rent in Wilton from the 1st July 2016. I have included photos of various areas of the flat.

The room is in a totally newly decorated 2 bedroom, first floor flat, with a new kitchen and a revamped bathroom with shower.

The bedroom is fully furnished with curtains, double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, long mirror and beside cabinet - all you need is bedding and your belongings!

The flat has controllable electric heating in every room, double glazing, new carpets, wireless Internet, and a large lounge/dining room with large patio doors at the end that go out onto a balcony.

It has local shops a few minutes' walk around the corner and is also a short walk to Wilton centre. There is easy parking and is a 5 minute drive to Salisbury, or alternatively there are regular busses.

There is an outside shed to store a bike if needed. Smoking is not allowed inside the flat, but is fine on the balcony.

You will be sharing with one other young professional female.
