All payments should be made in full prior to occupancy.

£625 deposit is required (refundable on vacating the property in good order) plus a month in advance to be payable on or before the day you move in. In the rest of the house that this space is attached to, we have two cats which will have no access into your quarters and therefore you do not need to be concerned regarding allergies etc..
