The property is on a quiet Cul De Sac.
Room is a double (Furnished) with fitted wardrobes, with drawers and a mirror. The property has a garage which I am happy to be used for storage.
The bathroom is shared.
The bills are fully inclusive and include Sky Tv in the lounge of the property.
The lounge and dining room are available to use in the house.
I do have two cats so as long as you like cats then there will not be a issue.
I work in hospitality so have various shift patterns so I do tend not to be around the house much.
