Large static caravan in quiet rural location

This advert is for accommodation in a static caravan. There is a second inhabited caravan at the same location, which is in a quiet spot surrounded by fields, several hundred metres from a main road. A good stone track with a lockable gate leads to the site. There is a small construction project there, on which I occasionally work. The caravans are there to provide some security to this quiet spot.
To avoid wasting your time, please recognise that this advert is not aimed at delicate princesses. It will suit people who have some experience of camping and who enjoy a more basic lifestyle. You will get privacy and a place of your own instead of sharing a house, although you will also be a kind of lodger at my house and can have mail addressed to there.
Please note that there are NO mains utilities at the location. There is good mobile phone coverage, but no mains water or electrics. I live about 1 KM away, and you can fill up canisters of water from my home. The caravan has a 240v system which can be powered by a small generator but I do not guarantee to provide a generator. Previous occupants have preferred to use candles, torches or car battery system most of the time.
There is a chemical toilet in the bathroom, and a very nice outside pit latrine a short distance away. The caravan is of the static type, formerly two bedroom but now the smaller bedroom has been opened out into the kitchen and large living room area. It would be good for a single person or couple. It is not very new, but is in reasonable condition and clean and tidy, with small kitchen (calor gas stove) and bathroom (without flowing water - use a bowl, or get gym membership at the leisure centre).
Heating can be by either gas or generator/electric, but this is not provided.
Outside is a picnic table and plenty of space.
