This former musician's sound studio has been converted into a large, light studio apartment. The current occupants have a cat, which has access via a window adjoining the patio garden, and that can be left open as the patio is secure, thus a pet cat is acceptable.

Enough to make a fry up or roast a small chicken but not a full-sized cooker. It has a washing machine/tumble dryer, and the kitchen area and bathroom have extra shelving.

All utilities are included in the rent: high speed wifi, council tax, water rates, tv licence. electric supply and heating.

This property would suit a professional/couple seeking peace and quiet outside of work. It is possible to walk from the front door onto the Malvern hills, the Theatre, Malvern's many cafes, shops, Waitrose etc so it would also suit someone who wants to get the most out of this beautiful area.

The property is currently occupied but is available from June 1st; the current occupants are moving into another property that I let out.
