The property is in a spacious Victorian house, that is well maintained, comfortable with lots of original features. The kitchen is spacious with lots of storage and food preparation areas. There is a dishwasher. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. We think it is a beautiful house with a lovely private garden with comfy outside seating. On road parking is available down a side road and at the rear of the property. The house is in the bustling Malvern link area, near to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, buses to Malvern and Worcester and is 5 minutes walk to Malvern Link railway station. It is also conveniently situated for Worcester with the M5 being 10 minutes away. There are lots of walks nearby with the common being a minute away and the Malvern Hills nearby.

The rent includes all bills.

We are a professional couple, who run our own business we are reasonably tidy and fairly quiet so the room would probably suit either a post grad student or professional, but we are flexible. It is quite a big house so there is plenty of space. We have three friendly dogs (a greyhound, Welsh sheepdog and lurcher) therefore it is quite important that you are comfortable with dogs, they do tend to come to work with us each day. We are easy going and friendly and would want you to be happy and comfortable.
