The bedroom available is on the top floor. The spacious bedroom includes a double bed with mattress, large wardrobe, two large drawer cabinets and two mirrors. The room is carpeted throughout. The ensuite has a toilet, sink with underneath storage, and a powerful shower. There is a radiator in both bathroom and bedroom and new hard flooring in the bathroom. Also a wall socket for an electric shaver.

The monthly rent includes:
The room and furniture, electricity, water, gas, wireless broadband. use of all kitchen facilities and the utility room, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. As well as the lounge.

The house is a 5 minute drive to the town centre, 20 minute walk. M40 and M5 within short distance. Worcester 25min drive, birmingham city centre 20min drive, Warwick 30min drive, Stratford 20min drive.

You will be sharing the house with me. I work full time, shifts.

Ideally i'm looking for a housemate that is in their 20's, also either in or training to be in a professional career. must be good fun and friendly, as well as tidy.
