Room available in a clean and tidy friendly house. The room is furnished with single bed (I have a new double bed in storage available if preferred) with fitted wardrobe and cupboard storage.
I have a small dog, she is super friendly and completely harmless. Smokers are fine as long as you keep it outside or in the garden.
Me and my dog are away for a large amount of the time and there is one other lodger who is clean, tidy and quiet so the house is not very busy.
The house is a few minutes walk from the town centre and less than 10 min from the train station. Also very close to bus stops for the 57/58 64A 67 150 and 350
