We like to make nice dinners, get out in the garden and watch crap TV. This is a shoes off at the door type of home, we like to look after it, keeping it clean and tidy (having a cleaning rota helps maintain this) and we want the same in a house mate.

There is a large kitchen with dining area in which you can find a shared fridge freezer, hob/oven and washing machine. There is a downstairs WC and a spacious living room with TV leading onto a wonderful conservatory and access to a small but well maintain garden/ patio. All shared areas of the house are furnished.

Up stairs there a two other bedrooms along side the room that is on offer and a large shared bathroom with bath and over head shower.

The room comes furnished with Ikea double bed and wardrobe.

High speed broadband is included. All rooms are centrally heated and have double glazing.

Smoking is OK along as it is outside!

The price of £400pm is for 1 person. No couples.
