Hello,
I'm a live in Landlord looking to rent one of my spare rooms out to a working professional who is friendly and happy to watch a film or two with me once in a while.
The house is comfortable with all of the amenities that you would expect like Wi-Fi, central heating, dishwasher and washing machine. You will have use of the newly decked garden. The property is located in a quiet Cul De Sac, with parking near to the property.
It is a shared bathroom, with a wet room style shower.
The double bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, TV (however I can move this if you have your own), long mirror, chair and a bedside table.
I have stated non smokers, however I am happy for you to smoke in the garden if you are a smoker.
