Hi I'm Debbie, I have a lovely double room available from 1st December 2014. in my friendly Non Smoking home which I hope you will like. I live in a detached 4 bedroom period property in St. Johns, Worcester. The room is a furnished double room, which must be seen to be appreciated in a fabulous location. Living with me are my 2 cats Zac and Grace. I am happy to offer a laundry service if you wish where I change the bed linen weekly and provide clean towels as & when you want them. My home is furnished to a high standard with mod cons, c/h & Wifi, there is a shared lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom & downstairs loo and I have a stunning sunny garden. I have off road car parking if required. Bills are included in the monthly rent which gives you unlimited broadband. I have a cleaner who comes in every two weeks. I live within walking distance to a supermarket, sports ctr and local shops. There are a number of pubs near by, plenty of take away places and a few Indian & Chinese restaurants all within walking distance but not too close to the house. The river, city center bars & restaurants are about a 10 min walk. The city center high street is less than 20 minutes away. I am close to the train & bus stations.
