A large 3 double bedroom semi detached house

This is a shared house, it can be either a student house or a professional house. I would not mix though.. Current tenants have been there for a number of years past graduation, and have only just decided to move on. Hence the late advert. It has 3 large double bedrooms and a large living room, side access to the garden and bike shed. it has a bathroom with a shower above the bath and an extra toilet down stairs. this house can be furnished or unfurnished. It has mostly wooden floors and tiles throughout. The kitchen and laundry room are separated by a wall, the laundry area also give access to the garden.
