Looking for someone to take over a tenacy on a room within a 6 bedroom house.

Address: 76 Bromyard Road, St. Johns.
Around the corner from the main campus (St. Johns) and about 10/15 minute walk from city centre (and campus).
Current tenants included 5 third year students, who are all lovely people.
The room it's self it very large, have a double bed, desk and wardrode.
House had recently been refuribished which includes a large extension to the rear, creating a large living/dining room area.
Two shower rooms, both with toilets on the first floor, and another additional toilet on the ground floor.
The room is on the first floor
Rent is £360/pcm (includes internet), water and electric is payed by the tenants. A deposit of £360 will be required, though I am willing to pay your first months rent. A 11 month contract (started 1st Sep)
