AREA: The house was built in 1974, on a quiet private estate. It is close to a junior school, a well serviced bus stop, and near to the village hall, a small shop, and a pub. Two large commons are 1 and 2 miles away, both are suitable for games and provide very good walking.

HOUSE: There is good uncrowded parking. The house has a modern kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Appliances are Bosch. Also, a woodburning stove in a large living room. The four bedrooms are of a good size, and comortably furnished.

WELCOME: Clean, tidy, respectable, professional people, who might also be continentals. The larger room could appeal to couples, and if required, both rooms may be used for family needs.

LIFE: During your stay (tba), safe and civilised habitation is targeted. Thus you will be welcome, and any reasonable wishes will always be respected.
