I am a teacher and have lived here for 10 years. It is a friendly, quiet tree-lined neighbourhood; the only thing that might wake you up in the morning is the sound of birds singing!

The house has two bathrooms and two lounges, all the mod cons etc. There is also a back garden which catches the Sun (when it's out)..

The house has high speed fibre optic broadband and sky sports etc. Unfortunately I haven't had time to update the pictures to show what the front looks like now, you'll have to see for yourself.

I'm looking for a down to earth, professional who is easy to get on with, contributes to the housework, and isn't out partying every night (bar the weekend of course!!)

Also I need to mention that I have a Male cat he is quiet, very laid back and actually rarely spends time in the house, too busy prowling the neighbourhood!
