Is a very newly decorated house with good sized rooms for rent, rooms will be furnished basic bed & wardrobe a tv just decorated the rooms everythings new!
Central heating so nice and warm in winter, Sky HD tv also unlimited sky internet, nice big garden great for bbq's in summer use of all facilities but must chip in for cleaning products, ie toilet roll etc. All bills are included (this is electric, gas water & council tax not toilet roll washing up liquid etc) lots of parking spaces but also good public transport if don't drive is close to town yet quite private area viewing a must if you want to rent a room but a homey feel to it so if your a student it's not a party whole its a home where you have respect of others ie no banging around loudly late at nite common sense stuff clean up after yourself etc is a nice house to live in it's a big house with good sized rooms so everyone gets there space i have 3 lovable cats so MUST be animal lover as they do try to get in your room sometimes i'm afraid if really interested call or txt me on number provided, min one month stay as stated & a months notice if moving on regardless of reason rent is due on the 1st of every month regardless when you move in.
