Single room to let in a pleasant area of north Worcester. I have maximised the space giving a 4ft bed (double), pine wardrobe and drawers, mirror, recently decorated. The floor is laminate. There is a fairly new bathroom fitted with electric shower over bath, lounge with real open fireplace (excellent on a cold evening), HD internet tv with DVD player. Dining room with table, and a large well appointed kitchen. Central heating. The conservatory (excellent chill out space) leads out to the garden and patio area where i try to grow my own veg, not very successfully!!!You're more than welcome to have a go. Large garage, currently full, but large front drive so plenty of off road parking. 3 mins to motorway and town. Bills included. Would prefer you to be a fun person, but respectful of my property.
