Double Room in modern apartment

I am looking for a friendly and sociable housemate to move in to a double room in my modern apartment. The apartment is situated within a 10 minute walk of Worcester city centre and just a stones throw from the river and canal.
The apartment- an old flour mill has some wonderful features. The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious open plan kitchen/ dining room / living room.
Included in the price is car parking, all bills including council tax, broadband and access to a computer, a landline, sky TV including movies, sky sports underfloor heating.
I am ideally looking for somebody professional who also enjoys socialising, nights out, dinner parties, a nice glass of wine after a hard day and doesn't mind me watching the odd football match- not all the time, I promise! I also have a very well behaved cat called Bella.
