Double attic room to rent in quiet road

Very comfy bed!

MON - FRI only lodger wanted, (Sunday night return is fine) for my lovely bright, and well furnished attic room in a 2 -3 bedroom comfortable and homely house, with small courtyard garden. My current lodger has a new job. Only 5 minutes walk from the city, Cathedral and all amenities, the road is quiet and friendly. There are 2 rail stations within easy walking distance and M5 junction is a 10 minute drive away. I am working part time in the late afternoons as a Chaperone to the Cathedral Choristers. I have 2 cats (but these are not allowed in any bedrooms or the bathroom so will not trouble you!). I am looking for a quiet, professional person, or a quiet mature student, male or female, who has a good sense of humour, and respects cleanliness. Shared kitchen/dining room and bathroom, and use of washing machine, dish-washer etc. (I shower at other times of the day so bathroom not busy in the morning)! There is no TV in the room but previous tenants have not found this a problem as they use laptops etc for viewing.
