I have a lovely double room to. Rent is inclusive of all utility bills. At the property there's unlimited wireless broadband, washing machine, off road parking, front and rear gardens. The rear garden is a mix of established borders, patio area grass and chippings. It's in a nice suburban area 10 mins walk to city centre & easy access to M5 too. The house is a modern end of terrace property with elevated stunning views over to the Malvern Hills. The room is furnished with double bed, large double built in wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers and a bedside table and lamp. I can also provide a small office table and chair if needed. The room also has blinds and curtains. The house has a combination boiler for instant hot water. There's an electric shower over the bath. The kitchen has a microwave and gas hob/electric oven and tenant is free to use crockery/cutlery, and cooking utensils. The kitchen also benefits from a larder fridge/freezer. The room would suit someone looking for a quiet location but still close to central Worcester, the university and has easy access to routes out of Worcester. I'm here for part of the week only so it would suit someone who wants privacy and quiet. It's important also you'll need to be respectful, tidy, clean and mindful of normal bedtime hours.
