(There is a single bed at present, but would consider putting in a double bed if required.) Clean comfortable accommodation with gas central heating. Self-catering. Bills and Wifi included. Shared use of kitchen, utility with washing machine, separate downstairs WC, bathroom, and lounge with Sky TV. Strictly non-smoking. Off-road parking will be available shortly.
Fairly quiet location off the main road, but conveniently near to Co-op, petrol station, post office, pubs, pharmacy, takeaway, fish & chip shops etc.
Near bus route into city centre - 1. 3 miles.
