My house is situated right in Worcester city centre, 5 minutes walk from the high street and next to the canal. The room for rent is a double room with all bills included at £350 pm, this includes heating, WiFi and YouView TV. The room also comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and blackout curtains.

A deposit of £350 will be required, plus references from previous landlords and/or current employer.

I am a live in landlord who works and my house mate is a student. As I live in this property, you can rest assured that everything is in good condition and should you have any problems I will help as soon as possible.

I believe that, although where you live is important, it is also just as vital to like who you live with. We are looking for someone who is considerate, friendly, sociable, tidy and possibly inclined to a glass of wine over good conversation or trashy TV! I have a little terrier dog who is very well behaved and will pester you for cuddles, so it is important you are an animal lover too :)
