It is a large flat with living room, kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet/hand basin room. There is secure car parking facility.
The bedroom is larger than it looks, (14ft by 13ft) it is the same width as the living room. The flat is close to a Co-op, a petrol station and under a 30 minute walk from the centre of Worcester and on regular bus route.
I am a Sci-Fi geek and whereas someone who shared my interests would be preferable, as long as you're friendly and not too noisy, then I'm not too fussy. I hope to create a pleasant friendly atmosphere in which to live.
