Beautiful double room in a Victorian terrace

I am looking for a tenant to move into my home from 10 January 2015. It is a beautiful Victorian house, with bathroom and second washroom. The house is fully furnished including all white goods, crockery etc and has a lovely lawned garden which catches the sun perfectly (when we get some!).

Available is a double room, with original floorboards which have been restored. It has a stunning original fireplace and large window. It is currently furnished with a double bed and a large set of drawers. If you would prefer to bring your own furniture I would be happy to remove the existing. There is a large wardrobe and storage in a spare room upstairs which also has a sofa and tv point should you wish to have a separate lounge to the existing tenant. Gas Central heating and it is toasty warm!

The current tenant is lovely. Very clean and tidy professional who will make you feel extremely welcome. The room has only come up for rent as our existing tenant has a fabulous new job in London.

I'm looking for a professional who will treat the house as their home.

This is initially a six month let but is extendable after that.

Transport wise there is good access to the M5 and you are 5 minutes from foregate street railway station.

Rent is set at £500 and a months rent upfront and a months rent as deposit is required (deposit scheme protected). This is all in and includes broadband. Negotiable for the right tenant. References required.

Sorry but no pets and no DSS, students or couples.
