Hi,

We have 2 furnished rooms to rent in our 4 bedroomed detached house, situated in an attractive residential area of Warndon villages.
We are approximately 2 miles from Worcester town centre, within easy access of the M5 (2 miles) and local bus routes (2 mins)and train stations (1 mile). We are within walking distance of the hospital and County Hall, 2 Tesco supermarkets and local pubs. Also there are lovely woodland walks nearby.
The house has a large kitchen, lounge, dining room, heated conservatory and downstairs toilet. We also have a utility room with sink, washing machine and storage cupboards. There is a decking area onto the rear garden and an off road parking space.

The single room has a bed, chest of 4 drawers and a large double wardrobe. We have wireless broadband access.

Bedding is available for both rooms.

You would have the use of a shared bathroom with a bath, sink, shower and toilet. We have an en-suite bathroom.

We have 2 very friendly cats who are usually out or asleep.

All bills included other than the phone.
We also do mid-week lets.(Reduction in rent)
