Double room with en-suite close to city centre

I am looking for a new housemate after my friend decided to move out to live with her partner. I am a quiet, easygoing person who works during the day time. I have one cat who lives at the house and am a non-smoker.

The room is a furnished double room with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, but a new housemate would be welcome to bring additional/alternative furniture. It also has an en-suite bathroom containing a toilet, sink and bath. The main shared bathroom also contains a shower.

The rest of the house consists of a living room, a dining room and a kitchen downstairs, and the second bedroom is upstairs. There is also a small garden at the back. The house has gas central heating and comes with a washing machine, fridge/freezer and cooker as well as other furniture.

It is located about 10 minutes away from the city centre and 5 minutes away from the train station.

Sadly the property does not have off-road parking and bills are not included in the rent price. They will be an additional £100 per month
