- £60 every 2 weeks for the cleaner to come for 3 hours (to change beds, towels, clean kitchen and bathroom etc)

1 months deposit + £150 check out clean required to hold (£3,650) and each months rent payable in advance.

I’m not looking for individuals who want one room and then for me to find someone for the other room; if you want to buddy up with someone please find the other sharer first.

Ideal for 2 individuals or a family; not suitable for 2 couples as the apartment only has one bathroom.

For mature students/ lecturers; 5 mins walk to London Business School, University of Westminster, Regents University; 20 mins travel to UCL or Imperial.

For families; the apartment in a very quiet calm residential block, with lots of playgrounds and markets nearby and super close to Regents Park, Primrose Hill, St John’s Wood and Maida Vale.

For relocators with pets; please do get in touch, as I can recommend vets nearby if you need to sort out oversees travel permits for your furry pals.

For film crews; super easy travel to Pinewood, Shepperton along the A40, Hackney, Shoreditch along the Marylebone Road, Leavesden up the A1, and SoHo is literally moments away.

Apartment comes with all bills included EXCEPT for the cleaner, which you need to pay £60 direct to her every 2 weeks for 3 hours. The cleaner coming is non-negotiable extra cost in order for her to keep the apartment well kept and change lightbulbs, do household admin etc.

Own secure entrance via private balcony/ porch area accessed via a small off street car park. The porch area is perfect for secure deliveries and storage of bikes and buggies.

The apartment is almost all on one level except for the 2 steps to get into it from the porch area, and one very small height difference from the open plan kitchen/ diner into living/ TV room. Because of these I haven’t listed as suitable for wheelchair users, but if you are able to stand and walk a few steps then it could well be perfect. Please do get in contact.

Calm quiet block surrounded by greenery in a tree lined street but literally moments from Central London action, and a minute away from buses at either end of the street.

The apartment is available for immediate occupation for a minimum of 2 months. I’m looking for an immediate let, not for a stay in December or next year unless you can cover the rental costs from now. If you require medium term, ie 4-6 months, I can offer an overall cost discount.
