Please note: this is a new joint tenancy directly with landlord/manager (not a sublet, not 2 separate tenancies). So it's ideal for two friends/colleagues looking together – students or young professionals. Availability: from 15th of September 2026.

Excellent location: 5 min walk to Old Road Campus / Churchill / Oxford Brookes, 15 min walk or 5 min cycle to JR, 10 min cycle to city centre. Bus stops (including local and airports/London buses) ~2 min away, Co-op 3 min, Headington shops/pubs ~10 min. Secure back-garden bike storage, spacious kitchen, washing machine, electric oven, fridge, furnished rooms, 1 bathroom. Quiet residential neighbourhood.

Rooms: One standard double bedroom + one smaller double bedroom, furnished

Rent options offered by manager: £1,650/month total (£825 pp) OR £1,400/month total (£700 per person) + £1,550 (£775 per person) single payment service fee (security checks, documents, agreements, facility management throughout the tenancy etc.). Lower-rent option breaks even after ~6.2 months compared with £825 pp.

Deposit approx. £1,600 total. Bills currently ~£90–95 per person/month (gas, electricity, water, internet). Council Tax Band B (but with an exemption for students, of course). EPC energy rating C.
